1. What is FTF Academy?
FTF Academy is a football training academy dedicated to developing players of all abilities. We offer professional coaching, skills development, and competitive opportunities in a safe, supportive environment.
2. Who can join FTF Academy?
Our programs cater to boys and girls from 16Yrs - 19Yrs. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced players. If you’re unsure which session suits your child, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.
3. How do I register my child?
You can register online through our website or by emailing info@ftfacademy.co.uk. Once you complete the registration form and payment, you’ll receive confirmation and further details about your session.
4. What should my child bring to training?
Your child should bring:
Appropriate football kit (shorts, t-shirt, warm layers in cold weather).
Football boots or trainers (depending on the surface).
Shin pads.
A refillable water bottle.
Any necessary medication (e.g., inhalers).
5. What if my child has a medical condition?
Please inform us during registration of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries. This helps our coaches keep your child safe and provide the right support during sessions.
6. What happens if a session is cancelled?
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you by email or text as soon as possible. You will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund if we cannot rearrange.
7. How do you ensure my child’s safety?
Safety is our top priority. All our coaches are:
Qualified and DBS-checked.
Trained in safeguarding and first aid.
Following structured risk assessments and procedures to keep everyone safe.
8. Can parents watch training sessions?
Yes - parents and guardians are welcome to stay and watch. We ask that you respect the coaches’ instructions and avoid distracting the players during training.
9. Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes, we offer trial sessions so you can see if FTF Academy is a good fit. Please contact us to arrange a date.
10. What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy varies depending on the program. Generally, cancellations made within a specified notice period (e.g., 7 days before the start date) may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions or contact us for details.
11. Do you run holiday camps?
Yes - we organise holiday camps during school breaks. These are open to all players and focus on skills development and fun. Details are announced on our website and social media.

13. Where are sessions held?
Our sessions take place at Grasshoppers RFC in West London. You’ll receive full details when you register.
14. Do you offer private coaching?
Yes - private or small group coaching is available on request. Please get in touch to discuss your needs and availability.
15. What measures do you take for COVID-19 safety?
We follow the latest government and FA guidance on health and hygiene. Measures may include:
Sanitising equipment.
Limiting group sizes.
Maintaining distancing where possible.
